"That" is a reflection on the mysteries of life and a reminder to love each other while we're here. Its form is humorously inspired by dry legal documents encountered while working at a funeral home.

"Light" is about knowing that you're not alone in your battles so don't take any shit from anyone. The phrase "there's so many of us out here" was inspired by observing redwood trees and all their shadows during an acid trip.
